Instructions and Weight Limits
The PoziSlat system has been engineered to the highest standards and is suitable for all beds. The PoziSlat system is designed to be used with one centre beam for Double and Queen beds and two centre beams for King beds if the total combined weight of the mattress and occupants of the bed is less than 300 kg.
If the anticipated combined weight of the mattress and occupants exceeds 300 kg a further centre beam must be used and the bed manufacturer should be consulted. With a further centre beam the maximum combined weight should not exceed 400 kg.
The warranty applies only to the PoziSlat parts, namely the hanger and centre beam brackets and PoziSlat separators. The warranty extends to the original purchaser of the product for ten years from date of purchase and provides that in normal use if any of the above parts proves to be defective in workmanship or materials and provided the product is used in accordance with the instructions and weight limits, such defective part or parts will be replaced at no cost, upon return to PoziSlat International. PoziSlat International will not be responsible for any transport costs or loss of the product whilst it’s in transit to the company.
The purchaser must keep and provide upon request a copy of their invoice.
The warranty expressly excludes:
Damage caused by burns, misuse, neglect or abuse.
Damage caused by exceeding the weight limits.
The cleats of the bed, side rails, bed brackets or bed frame which support the PoziSlat system. These are provided by the bed manufacturer and are beyond the control of PoziSlat International.
Minor manufacturing irregularities.
